The Science for Health Systems Conference is recruiting conference ambassadors! Each accepted ambassador will be required to work 11-13 hours during the course of the meeting. Complimentary meeting registration will be offered in exchange for volunteer hours.
Position Descriptions:
Directional
The purpose of this position is to fill in when additional help is needed or to complete any tasks that may come up. Possible tasks could include crowd control, directing traffic during breaks, etc.
Poster Session Setup and Take Down
Responsible for helping with set up, take down and directing presenters and participants of poster sessions.
Registration
Responsible for registration set up and registrant check in.
Check-in/Ticket Taker
Responsible for checking guests in to pre-registered events
Room Monitor
Monitor Sessions during the meeting. Serve as a point of contact for session organizers should they need assistance and conduct multiple room counts throughout the session.
